To Access Digital Attendance Form:

1. Click on the link above. (Or go to VISD>Contact Us)

2. In Trending Topics, click on [Attendance Form] (red tile).

3. Click on [Student Absence Form-Howell Middle School] (gray tile).

4. Complete all required fields(*).

5. Use [Add Files] to upload Doctor's notes and other information.

6. Click [Submit].
