About Ms. Kutchka:
I was born and raised here in Victoria, Texas. After I graduated from Texas State University in 2020 with a bachelors degree in English, I earned a teaching certificate and was lucky to get a job in the very district I once attended! I could not be happier to be a Howell Wildcat. Wildcat Pride!
Grading Policy
The grade for Reading Language Arts will be averaged as follows:
Daily Grades 60%
Includes classwork, quizzes, homework, class participation, or group work
Test Grades 40%
Includes tests, papers, projects
