Victoria ISD’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) and College & Career Readiness Department will host the 2025 College & Career Expo on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Victoria East High School from 6 to 7 p.m.

The Expo is designed to help students in grades 8 through 12 and their parents/guardians explore the wide range of educational and career pathways available to them. The event features hands-on guidance and opportunities to speak directly with representatives from colleges, CTE programming, post-secondary training programs, and career fields.

Families will be able to visit various booths and speak one-on-one with representatives to ask questions and receive guidance tailored to their goals.

This Expo is intentionally scheduled ahead of course selection for secondary students to ensure families are well-informed about available educational opportunities in VISD. Additional Parent Nights for incoming 6th- and 9th-grade students will also take place throughout January and February.

“Our goal is to make sure students and families understand the opportunities available to them before they make important decisions about their educational journey,” said Director of Counseling Brandi Henke. “The Expo brings together the information, resources, and people who can help students chart their path with confidence.”

By connecting students with programs, certifications, colleges, and career options, the event supports VISD’s commitment to helping every learner Find Their ‘AND.’

Additional event details will be shared with students and families as the College & Career Expo approaches. For updates, visit www.visd.net and follow Victoria ISD on Facebook.
