The transition from middle school to high school is a major academic and personal milestone. Incoming Freshman Parent Nights provide families with a clear understanding of graduation requirements, course options, and the supports available to help students stay on track toward graduation and post-secondary success.
Families will receive information on graduation plans, course selection, endorsements, and advanced academic opportunities such as dual credit and Advanced Placement courses. Campus staff will also share details about Career and Technical Education programs, fine arts, athletics, extracurricular activities, student services, and communication tools.
Victoria ISD encourages all families of incoming freshman students to attend their zoned campus event to ensure a smooth and successful transition to high school.
